Quarter Marathon Training Program
Are you looking to go to the next level with your running? Have you thought about completing a quarter marathon, but are not sure where to start? 

Performance Running Outfitters can help you achieve your goals!
Our Quarter Marathon Training Program is geared toward the moderately fit runner, former runner or beginner who has already finished a 5k and wants more of a challenge with our weekly motivation.  This is a progressive course which will focus on completing a longer distance each week.

Performance Running Outfitters will provide a training program, weekly emails with motivation and necessary information for runners. The program will finish by running the Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Half Marathon on June 15 in Milwaukee. Completing a Quarter Marathon will be a rewarding start to your future racing!

It is recommended that you are able to run 4 miles before beginning this program and have an “ok” from a medical professional with a clean bill of health. During the program the group will meet on Tuesdays each week for 8 weeks. Runners looking for additional group support are encouraged to attend our Thursday Fun Runs.

 

Training Program Begins: Tuesday, April 23 at 6:00 pm at both Performance Running Outfitters locations (Brookfield: 2205 N. Calhoun Road, Shorewood: 4533 N. Oakland Avenue)

Program Fee: $65 (Does not include race registration fee.  Program registration deadline is April 19.)
